Pat Quinn’s is offering fun, guided, tasting-tour of wines by our Professional Wine Educator Peter Burrow (Charter Member of the Vancouver Chapter of Society of Wine Educators). Taste & learn about different regions, styles & flavors that will help when choosing the appropriate wines for special dinner parties or even Tuesday night mac & cheese.
Two wine friendly canapés are included with these seminars.
Cost per session $45 plus taxes.
Session runs 6:30pm to 8:00pm

CANCELED | February 16th - Wine as a Food - Wines that are a perfect match for food!
We talk a lot at these sessions of the importance and style of certain types of wines that are essential for serving with food type. Tonight we will find and show you some perfect fits.
March 16th - Old World vs New World
A session that we wanted to do last year but was negated by Covid. There are many great examples from the Old and New World wines out there. I will do my best to find these for this night.
April 13th - Return to wines made with Sauvignon Blanc et Rouge
We we last approached this subject in 2019, many attendees were taken by the wines that are made with Sauvignon varietals. I will look for even a wider group this time.
