Christopher Tse is honored to be sharing his extensive culinary skills as the Executive Chef at Tsawwassen Springs and Pat Quinn’s Restaurant and Bar. Chris attended Dubrulle Culinary Institute in 2006. Following his training he began expanding his flavor profile through working in diverse environments that included 4 and 5 star hotels around the world. Chris has practiced his culinary passion, creativity and versatility is roles as the Chef de Partie in the Michelin Star Restaurant- Amber at the Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. Upon his return to Vancouver, he was awarded the position of the Executive Sous Chef at the breathtaking Seasons in the Park for several years. Chris was asked to join the Tsawwassen Springs culinary team 4 years ago and has inspired his colleagues with his talents for succulent inspired creations.
