Tsawwassen Springs is excited to welcome Executive Sous Chef, Sam Gupta to our culinary team. Sam is an experienced Chef with a demonstrated history of passion and creativity for food. Sam is originally from India and moved to Canada in 2017, where he got his Post Graduate Degree in Culinary Management. By 2019 he became the Head Chef at Chances Casino, Castlegar. Sam has worked for resorts and properties in many parts of the world including USA, India & Canada. Sam is a strong operations professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Catering Management from Bharathiar University, India. Working in this industry for almost 10 years now, he has mastered the art of cooking using seasonal ingredients that cater to the likes of the diverse clients ranging from private parties to corporate events. Sam is strongly skilled in communication, pastry art, recipe writing, culinary management, and food safety.
