We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Part-Time Dishwasher to join our culinary team. You will be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring our chefs have clean tools and our guests have spotless plateware. This role is crucial during our busy weekend rushes and evening events.
- Wash & Sanitize: Clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using our commercial dishwasher and three-compartment sink.
- Organize: Maintain clean, orderly banquet and kitchen storage areas. Return items to their proper places.
- Support the Line: Assist with basic kitchen prep work during slower periods if needed.
- Maintain Safety: Empty trash cans, sweep and mop floors, and ensure a clean, safe workstation.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends (aligned with our restaurant hours and event schedules).
- Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, work in a hot/wet environment, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Speed & Efficiency: Ability to stay organized and move quickly during high-volume rushes.
- Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to help out wherever needed.
- Experience: Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is an asset, but we are happy to train the right person.
- Hourly wage plus a share of the tip pool.
