Cory is thrilled to join the team at Tsawwassen Springs! He is eager to utilize his extensive executive food and beverage management skill set with the team! Cory is proud of his 21 year’s experience with The Keg Restaurants, ranging from back of house, front of house, all the way to General Manager. Overseeing new restaurant openings, training and development of new team members is his specialty! Cory also brings executive food and beverage leadership experience in casinos and conference/event facilities at the Grand Villa casino. There he oversaw the opening of the facility, 300+ staff and twelve unique food and beverage operations. Cory is passionate about great service and building knowledgeable, aligned teams to exceed guests’ expectations every visit. He takes great pride in managing with the operational excellence necessary to bring synergy, growth and enthusiasm to multifaceted organizations. Cory lives in White Rock and when he’s not working he loves spending his time with family; BBQing, golfing or on the weekends you’ll find him at his son’s baseball games cheering him on!
