With two years of successful managerial experience with The Keg Restaurants, while also having a strong background spanning six years in both back-of-house and front-of-house roles. Drew brings a wealth of expertise to his latest venture. Drew's kitchen journey began starting as a dishwasher, further learning his way through the kitchen line. His relentless dedication and unwavering commitment to quality led him to explore the front-of-house, where he shined as a server, providing guests with memorable dining experiences. Over the past two years, Drew has thrived as a restaurant manager, exhibiting strong leadership and operational skills. His extensive experience in both BOH and FOH equips him with a deep understanding of the inner workings of a restaurant, ensuring that every aspect of the dining experience is finely tuned to perfection. Drew is excited to join the Management team at Pat Quinn’s and hopes to bring the service and hospitality to new heights.
