Joel has worked his way up from bartender to Restaurant Manager within a short time at Pat Quinn's Restaurant and Bar. Bringing over a decade of experience in the restaurant and bar industry, specializing in golf course and banquet functions. Joel is skilled at handling the daily needs and concerns of Tsawwassen Springs guests and staff. With his energetic and outgoing personality Joel is a natural at connecting with guests to ensure their expectations are exceeded. No detail is too small and no request too minor to ensure the standards of the food and service are beyond met. Joel has had the pleasure of overseeing operations at some of the Lower Mainland’s established facilities including Hastings Racecourse and Casino, City of Burnaby, Eagle Creek Bar and Grill in Burnaby, and is excited to learn more from the experience he is surrounded by at Tsawwassen Springs.
