Wine Up Wednesdays at Pat Quinn's Restaurant & Bar

Pat Quinn’s is offering fun, guided, tasting-tour of wines by our Professional Wine Educator Peter Burrow (Charter Member of the Vancouver Chapter of Society of Wine Educators). Taste & learn about different regions, styles & flavors that will help when choosing the appropriate wines for special dinner parties or even Tuesday night mac & cheese.
Two wine friendly canapés are included with these seminars.
Cost per session $45 plus taxes.
Session runs 6:30pm to 8:00pm

This time of year is perfect for fresh BC, Washington, New Zealand, Australia, France, South Africa and oh yeah and the wines of Germany! Not all white some killer reds too!!

August 31st - The Autumn season is just around the corner - what do we need in our cellars/kitchens to prepare us?
Warm rich whites and solid last days of the back deck reds from all over. I will find us some that will stick with us!!

September 21st - Another look at what Spain and Italy are doing really right now!
Regions and styles along with climate changes are making for some eye opening new wines in these two countries. Let's try them!
