Pat Quinn’s is offering fun, guided, tasting-tour of wines by our Professional Wine Educator Peter Burrow (Charter Member of the Vancouver Chapter of Society of Wine Educators). Taste & learn about different regions, styles & flavours that will help when choosing the appropriate wines for special dinner parties or even Tuesday night mac & cheese.
Two wine friendly canapés are included with these seminars.
Cost per session $50 inclusive of taxes
Session runs 6:30pm to 8:00pm

May 20th | Summer 2026 is right around the corner and let's get ready for it on the Wine front
A selection of wines that will work well for spring and summer patio parties and wines that work well when it is warm. Of course a look at Collectables as always.

July 8th | Summer, what does it offer to us
I will do my best to find pristine crisp whites and perfect reds for patio and summer dinners. Most importantly,I will try to find great values that are on sale or great price points.

September 23rd | Fall out of Summer and what is available for us
As we move along into our beautiful historic, fall season. There will be many lovely nights and lunches that we will be looking for great value and perfect matching wines for this time of year!!

October 21st | How well is the BC Okanagan wine industry doing with over 35% of their production including wine juice coming from the Cascadia states below them!
This will not only be wineries from the OK that have made whites, reds and rose that have using US wine juice in them. There might a couple of eye opening wines that are on sale this month for all of us to take advantage of!!!

November 8th | The 9th presentation and consumption of Wines for the Entertaining Season
Started in 2017 before the entertaining season began. This has always been one of the most important Wine UP Wednesday's that I have presented every year!!! As always looking forward to finding great value or on sale wines plus also something special as a gift for the center of your holiday dinner table.
